Adding Location

VivoCalendar supports multi-location businesses, allowing you to manage various sites within one system by adding each separately. You can accept separate reservations, assign staff, compare locations, and create a rating program to foster competition.

To add a new location:

  1. Click on "Locations."
  2. Click "Add Locations." enter the title, address, phone number, and description, then click "Add location" to save.
  3. Click “Export to CSV” to export existing locations if needed.
  4. To edit, delete, or share existing locations. Click on the three dots to the right of the current location address.
