Booking Limit Manager per location

Booking Limit Manager's location-specific booking limit feature allows you to set specific booking limits for each location within your business, providing granular control over appointments and ensuring an optimized customer experience. 

Setting Location Booking Limits

1. Accessing your Locations:

  • Navigate to the dashboard.
  • Go to Locations on the left side.

2. Selecting a Location:

  • A list of all configured business locations will be displayed.
  • Choose the specific location for which you want to set booking limits.

3. Configuring Booking Limits:

  • Once you've selected a location, click on the three dots next to that location, then click on edit.
  • Switch to the “BOOKING LIMITER” tab. Specify the maximum number of bookings allowed for that particular location within a defined time frame (e.g., per day or week) and the capacity limit.
  • After configuring the limits, save your settings to apply the changes.

Preventing Overcrowding:

  • Location Booking Limit Manager prevents overcrowding at each business location by restricting the number of appointments within a specified period.

Setting Staff-Specific Booking Limits

1. Accessing your Staff:

  • Navigate to the dashboard.
  • Go to Staff on the left side.

2. Selecting a Staff Member:

  • A list of all staff members will be displayed.
  • Choose the specific staff member you want to set booking limits for.

3. Configuring Booking Limits:

  • Once you've selected a staff member, click on the three dots next to that staff member, then click on edit.
  • Switch to the “BOOKING LIMITER” tab. Specify the maximum number of bookings allowed for that particular staff within a defined time frame (e.g., per day or week) and the capacity limit.
  • After configuring the limits, save your settings to apply the changes.

Booking Limit Manager's Service feature allows you to set specific booking limits for individual services, offering a flexible and strategic approach to managing your appointments. Here's a detailed guide on how to effectively utilize the Service Booking Limit Manager:

Setting Service-Specific Booking Limits

1. Accessing your Services:

  • Navigate to the dashboard.
  • Go to Services on the left side.

2. Selecting a Service:

  • A list of all available services will be displayed.
  • Choose the specific service for which you want to set booking limits.

3. Configuring Booking Limits:

  • If you use List view, once you've selected a service, click on the three dots next to that service, then click on Edit. However, if you use Graphic View, click on the pen icon next to that service to edit it.
  • Switch to the “BOOKING LIMITER” tab. Specify the maximum number of bookings allowed for that particular service within a defined time frame (e.g., per day or week) and the capacity limit. You can also set a limit for each customer for that specific service, meaning, if you put one capacity per customer per 1 hour, your customers can only book 1 of that service per hour.
  • After configuring the limits, save your settings to apply the changes.

1. Accessing the Settings:

  • Navigate to the dashboard.
  • Go to Settings on the left side. 
  • Then click on General Settings, 
  • Booking Limit Manager.

2. Configuring Booking Limits:

  • In the settings, specify the maximum number of bookings allowed for each customer within a defined time frame (e.g., per day or week).
  • After configuring the limits, save your settings to apply the changes.

Ensuring Fairness:

  • The Customer Booking Limit Manager prioritizes fairness and equal access by setting global limits that prevent bottlenecks in the booking system.
