The Recurring Appointments feature is designed to enhance customer convenience. It allows customers to easily select multiple days for their appointments.
Regardless of the services you provide, the Recurring Appointments feature allows you to book appointments for a single instance or multiple days.
To illustrate this with the simplest example, let's say you are a yoga teacher and serve your customers once a week. Your customers can make an appointment for the upcoming weeks by making a single appointment without making a new appointment every week. The recurring Appointments feature can be used for all services of this type, not just yoga services.
Moreover, you have many time interval options that you can plan. You can also choose how long the appointments will be scheduled or how many appointments will be repeated, so you don't have to set up a time for each appointment or repeat the routine for an appointment.
Moreover, recurring appointments are automatically saved in your Google or Outlook Calendar. If the recurring appointments the customer requests coincide with another appointment, the system automatically resolves this problem.
So, how do you set up Recurring Appointments?
There are three types of recurring appointments: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. The booking panel displays all three types in a different form. It is possible to set a Fixed entire period and Fixed frequency for all three recurring types.
To schedule recurring events and appointments, click to add a new Service or edit an existing one. Scroll down and turn on "Recurring appointments."
Daily recurring appointments
When we set a recurring appointment as a daily type, we determine how many days the appointments will be repeated between the start and end times.
Weekly recurring appointments
When we set a recurring appointment as a weekly type, we determine on which day of the week the appointments will be repeated between the start and end times.
Monthly recurring appointments
When we set recurring appointments as monthly, we choose the days of the month we want between the start and end times of the appointments. Appointments will only be created for the days we choose. If it is a Group event or appointment, click "Capacity" and select "Group."
To activate Vivomeetings, scroll down and juggle on "Vivomeeting." Please read the how-to-do article on how to set up and integrate with Vivomeetings. Your clients receive the meeting invite link when appointments are scheduled.
