Prerequisites:
- Ensure you have the VivoMeetings integration turned on.
- Have an active VivoMeetings account.
Step 1
Visit vivomeetings.com, subscribe to one of the plans, or create a 14-day free trial.
Step 2:
- Navigate to Settings
- Within the `Settings` section, find and select the `Integrations` tab.
- Scroll down
- Enable VivoMeetings Integration
- Set your conference subject and conference agenda as desired. You can use any available shortcodes for these fields.
- Conference subject: {service_name} at {appointment_date_time}
- Conference agenda:
Customer {customer_full_name}
Staff {staff_name}
Step 3:
- Navigate to the “Staff” module and edit your staff member.
- Click on the “Log In VivoMeetings” button.
- Click the “Authorize” button to connect your profile with the VivoMeetings account.
Step 4:
- Navigate to the “Services” module and edit your service.
- Scroll down and enable “VivoMeetings” for your service.
Step 5:
- Navigate to Workflows and create/edit your workflow.
- Add {vivomeetings_room_url} shortcode to your notification content. This shortcode will be replaced with a room URL.
